RUSSIA CALLING UP HER RESERVES.
OVER 2,000.000 MEN FOR TRAIN ING. 'Received August 29. 4 m.) Petrograd. August. -2S. A proclamation has been issued calling up untrained reservists of the first militia, category between the ages of 19 and 37, together with the 1010 class of recruits, whose training will begin at once. The new levies number between 2.000,000 and 000.000.
