PRESENTATIONS.
MR. D. D. Holland, of the Herald publishing staff, a member of the Garrison Field Artillery, who enlisted recently, leaves to-day for Wellington to go into training. Mr. Holland was yesterday the recipient- of an illuminated wristlet watch, suitably inscribed, and a smoker's companion from his fellow workers.
Mr. A. B. Stanton, a member of the booking office staff at the Auckland railway, station', "Will leave for Trferitham with the eighth reinforcements Ott> August 24. Yesterday afternoon Mr; Stanton was presented with a wristlet watch by the staff of the booking office.
