GERMAN REINFORCEMENTS

" ANOTHER MILLION MEN." (Received July 9. 1.35 a.m.) London, July 8. The correspondent of the Daily Express at Geneva states that it is reported that Germany, on August 1, will place another 1,000,000 men in the field, chiefly Landsturm who have never served, elderly reserves and wounded who have recovered. A large portion of this force will be sent to the Russian front to relieve the exhausted Germans there. The correspondent also states that 18 army corps have been in training for six months.
