SUPREME COURT FIXTURES.
Supreme CotrET fixtures for next week have been arranged by Mr. Justice Cooper as under:— Monday, July 12 : Skelton v. Holt, motion for new trial. July 13: Chamber sitting at 10.30 a.m. ; Mitchell v. Parkinson at 2 p.m. July 14: Banco sitting at 10.30 a.m. ; Kaihau v. Paora. July 15: Opotiki Countv Council v. Opotiki Borough Counril. This case relates to the apportionment of the cost of the Otara Bridge at Opotiki.
