INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION.
A meeting of the General Committee of the Auckland Industrial Association was held at the office of the secretary, Mr. T. K. Whitton, yesterday afternoon. The president, Mr. S. J. Harbutt, occupied the chair.
A sub-committee was set up to go into the question of establishing an official journal of industry, to be circulated throughout the Dominion.
Arrangements were made by which parties of school children from the higher standards should visit various centres of local manufacture for educational purposes.
