GERMAN NAVAL BOAST.
ADDITIONS TO THE J FLEET.
MANY NEW WARSHIPS.
TWENTY-FOUR GIANT SUBMARINES. (Received Juno 22, 6 p.m.) London, Juno 21. A German naval officer, in a letter to a. New York newspaper, states that Germany recently completed and commission; d a battleship of 25,600 tons and a battlecruiser of 26,200 tons of the Derfflinger class, with a speed of 28 knots. Both carry 15in guns. In addition two fast cruisers have been completed. Four Dreadnoughts and a number of battle-cruisers, which will be completed at the end of the year, are to be armed with even heavier guns than the 15in. Twentyfour submarines of 12,000 tons each have been constructed since the beginning of the war. They have a surface speed of 20 knots, and a speed when submerged of 16 knots. They carry four torpedo tubes, and two heavy quick firing guns. One of the latter made the run to the Dardanelles. Twelve submarines of 800 tons and 12 small submarines have also been completed, and half of them have been commissioned.
