The ketch Kereru has gone to an anchorage ia the stream, to wait for a favourable breeze to ui! for Niuo Island. . The new steamer Omana, which arrived at Port Chalmers on Monday from Bunbury, has on board about 725,000 ft of hardwood for discharge at Auckland. She is expected to arrive here early in July. The Toneariro is expected to leavo Sydney to-ciy for Auckland and other New Zealand ports, in continuation of her voyage from St. John, Canada, and she should arrive here about June 27. She has 1000 tons of merchandise to discharge at this portThe coastal steamer Hauiti left for Coromandel last evening, in place of the Weka, which is detained at Whananaki. The Orewa. will go to Cabbage Bay to-day, and the Tasman sails for the Great Barrier at midnight to-night.

Heavy rain delayed the coastal steamer Ngapuhi in her discharging operations at Tauranga yesterday. Consequently, tho vessel did not leave as usual lor Auckland last evening. ' She will leave Tauranga this evening. arriving here to-morrow morning, and will sail again at 5.30 p.m. as usual.

The schooner Paroto has been further delayed at Whakatane by bad weather, and will' probably not arrive back at Auckland until about the end oi the week-

The Waipori has i.ow been fixed' to load produce at Blufi on Friday, Oamaru on Saturday, and Timi.ru on Monday next for Napier and Auckland.

The Navua was at Newcastle yesterday. She is timed to leave Sydney at noon to-day for Auckland, and is due here on Sunday.

The Union Company's steamer Tofua, which has been taken over by the New Zea land Government from July, left Sydney, yesterday (or Fiji. Tonga and Samoa ports. The Tofua. instead of returning to Sydney from Suva, will come to Auckland. • She is due here on Sunday, July 18, and will then he withdravn from the service-

The steamer La Blanca, en route from Liverpool to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dtined n, left Hobarl on Monday evening The v.-ssel is due here on Sunday next, with .700 ons of general merchandise.

The steamer Caldergrove cleared Now York on June 1 for Auckland and other New Zealand ports, via ine Panama. Canal. She is bringing a full cargo of caise oil.

INDRAPURA AT MELBOURNE. Messrs. Heather, Iloberton, Ltd., local agents' for the Commonwealth and Dominion Line, advise that the steamer Indrapura arrived at Melbourne on Sunday last from London, after a passage of 44 days. The vessel ■will next visit Sydney, and then Auckland, Napier, and Wellington. She is expected to arrive here about July 6-
