ZEPPELINS OFF NORTH-EAST COAST OF ENGLAND.

SIXTEEN KILLED. AND FORTY INJURED. SECOND RAID WITHIN A FORTNIGHT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright, London, June -16. The Admiralty reports that, a Zeppelin raided the north-east coast last evening. Many explosive and incendiary bombs were dropped. Sixteen persons were killed, including a policeman, and 40 were injured. Some fires, were started, but all were extinguished. ■ •In connection with the Zeppelin raid on June 7, which was also on the north-east coast, 24 civilians, including 5 men, 13 women, and 6 children were killed. A drapery store, a timber yard, and a terrace of small houses were burned. A message from London, dated Juno 7, stated that Zeppelins had dropped incendiary and explosive bombs on the east coast. Two fires were started, five people were killed, and 40 were injured.
