MEN FROM EGYPT.
[Bt TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Thursday.
Inquiry at the Defence Office shows that only a few of tho men who returned by the Mokoia yesterday are seriously ill, many of them having largely, or partially, recovered. The remainder aro suffering from a variety of complaints. Some 20 of the men were discharged to-day, the medical authorities considering that they were sufficiently well to return home. The remainder an undergoing medical treatment, but will probably be ready for discharge by the ond of next week.
