NO PRISONERS WANTED. Times and Sydney San Services. ' t London, Judo 16. A German letter intended for the British was thrown across the Ypres Canal. It begins: "Victorious ends accomplished. The Serbs want peace with the Austrians, and Russia is ready for peace, as her interests in the Balkans are threatened by Italy's declaration of war. Russia is tired of the great loss in Galicia. Britons, do you not fear the end?" A letter found on a German near Arras from " Gretchen," said: "s)a not send any more English to Germany. They are not worth feeding. Kill them all."
