AUSTRIA'S BID FOR ITALIAN NEUTRALITY.
CESSION OF TERRITORY IN TRENTINO AND ISTRIA. -" EX-PREMIER FAVOURS ITALY'S ACCEPTANCE. (Received May 12, 7.30 p.m.) Rome, May 11. The newspapers state that Signor Giolitti, ex-Premier of Italy, who favours neutrality, informed the King that he considered Austria's concessions satisfactory. The Corriere d'ltalia states that Austria offers to concede Trentino up to Menau, while the Istrian border shall start from the north of Gorizis and pass through Nabresf, near Trieste. Italy will be given a free hand in the South of Albania. The Messagero states that the supporters of Signor Giolitti are apt to forget that if she wins Austria will subsequently take back what she has conceded. If she loses, the concessions are valueless.
