ANTI-GERMAN FEELING.

RIOTS IN LIVERPOOL.

ALL GERMANS INTERNED.

SCENES AT STOCK EXCHANGE.

London, May 10.

There is a growing agitation 'or the internment of alien enemies, whether naturalised or not. The police are interning all Germans in Liverpool, and have warned certain naturalised Germans to leave the district.

The committee of the London Stock Exchange on Saturday advised Germans not to attend.

British members of the Stock Exchange, after several scuffles, prevented a number of Germans entering. Members of the Corn Exchange gave the Germans five seconds to quit, and threatened to throw them out then. Notices were posted in the Baltic Exchange and also on the Liverpool Cotton Exchange warning Austriaiis and Germans not to enter. Owing to anti-German riots in Liverpool the .publichouses are ordered to be closed at six in the evening.

Recruiting has been stimulated in London. There has been a brisk response to the Navy poster, " William the Murderer; lend a hand tobring him to justice."
