CRIMINAL SESSIONS.
LIST OF CASES PENDING.
The criminal sessions of the Supreme Court will open on Monday next at 11 a.m., Hi 6 Honor Mr. Justice Chapman presiding. At present the list contains the names of 19 persons who have been committed for trial on various charges, as follows:—
Harry Johnson, manslaughter. John Leslie- Lander, indecent act. Charles Cunningham, robbery. Uifford Bowcrn, unlawfully supplying a. noxious thing with intent to procure miscarriage. Anthony Claude Gumm, forgery and uttering; theft and forgery; horso" steal-
Minnie O'Connor, vagrancy. Norman Edwin Keals, murder. Tithe Matia, offenco against a girl. Alfred John Burrows, breaking, entering, and theft. Noa. Ngapeka Te Whata, offence against a girl. Kongo Kohi, rape. Edward Donnelly, theft from the person.
William Alexander Johnston, obscene language,. John Stewart, indecent assaults
Walter James Malcolm, unnatural offence.
George Green, attempted theft from the poreon. *. v Charles Fletcher Jackson, assault with intent to commit rape, George Phillips, indecent assault, two charges.
Alfred Crossley, false pretences. Two prisoners will be brought before His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman to-mor-row for sentence, as follows:—John Gibb Hastings, unnatural offence; Stanley Bowrey, theft as a servant.
