VOTER FINED £5. tnT TEt.F.CRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Hawera, Tuesday. In the Magistrate's Court Richard Wright was fined £5 for. having signed a false declaration under the Legislature Act. Defendant, who was on the Egmont roll, voted at Normanby, in the Patea electoral district, on the (Jay of the general election, and signed a declaration that his name did not appear on any other roll.
