UNIVERSAL TRAINING.

The Hon. T. Mackenzie, High Commissioner for New Zealand, speaking at a meeting of the British and Foreign Sailors' Society at the Mansion House, said that universal training had enabled the New Zealanders, in common with their Australian and Canadian comrades, to participate in the war in a manner worthy of the Mother Country.
