EXPORTS OF BUTTER,
SHIPMENT BY BIVERINA.
According to Mr. H. E. Pacev, secretary of the New Zealand Dairy Association, there is no immediate prospect of a reduction in tho price of butter, even if the export of the commodity from tho Dominion is forbidden.'
Space has been reserved in the Riverina, for 1200 boxes Of butter from Auckland, and 1390 boxes have- bsen sent to Wei! lington for transhipment. With the num. ber already sent to the Commonwealth, these shipments will bring the total to 13,555.
