WAR PRISONERS MARRIED.
Four German prisoners were, under escort, married at the Southend registry offieo recently to four English brides. Tho guard joined in the wedding breakfast, after which the bridegrooms returned and tho brides went their way. By English law an Englishwoman who marries a German becomes herself a German,
