CIVIL LIST FIXTURES.

In Chambers on Saturday morning Mr. Justice Cooper fixed dates for the hearing of civil cases. The following fixtures were made for the coming week: — Monday, May 10: Neil v. Neil, 11 a.m.; Hiscock v. Hiscock to follow, May 11: Hebley v. Hebley; Hartnell v. Hartiiell. May 12 Atkinson v. Hult, 10 a.m.; Walsh v. Conolly; Edmonds v, Edmonds. May 13: Northern Wairoa Timber Ompany v. Brown, 10 a.m.; undefended divorce cases. May 14 : Thornes v. Eyre, 10 a.m.; fiane' Milking Machine Company v. MacEwan. May 15: Manning, Ltd., v. Zahara. The criminal sessions will commence on May 17.
