Co-operation as applied to dairying has a great field ahead of it. In England there are thirty-three co-operative dairy societies, and tae total turnover of twentyBcven of these wits £455,000. Their combined supply of milk is estimated at 20,000,000 gallons. In (Scotland the first co-operative dairy affiliated to the S.A.O.S. was established nine years ago. In Ayrshire there are four societies with an annual turnover of £80,000.
