The Plaintiff between the 26th day of April, 1909, and the 18th day of July, 1910, icted as Solicitor for the Defendant and certain persons 'associated with him at' Auckland in respect of certain business matters in respect whereof they became indebted to Ihe Plaintiff for legal charges and disbursenents, the Defendant's proportion being 849 12s Bd. 9.
