THROWN FROM A TRAP.
MAN KILLED IN OTAGO. [BT TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.! DuNEDcr, Friday. The body of Walter James Spratt, aged 39, a, married- man, engaged in carrying out drainage works at Outram, was found near Deep Stream Bridge last evening, and an empty four-wheeled trap was not far away. Spratt had suffered extensive injuries, an,d was quite dead. No one witnessed the accident, but evidently his horse bolted, and deceased was thrown from the trap and dragged along the ground.
