GERMAN WOMEN UNEASY.

Another indication of the unrest of German women is afforded by an urgent appeal which the military authorities have sent out to tho press, 'it urges German wives not to worry their husbands in the trenches with letters concerning their household difficulties. "It has happened on several occasions," says the appeal, "that wives writing to their husbands in the field have complained of the difficulties of housekeeping, of the riso in the prlco of provisions, and of other sacrifices demanded of them. They havo even quite needlessly asked their husbands in tho field to send them money. How is the husband in such cases to go light-heartedly into battle!"
