ST. BENEDICT'S CLUB.
The half-yearly general meeting of St,' Benedict's Catholic Club was held yesterday afternoon, when there was a largo attendance of members. Reports were received from the delegates who attended the annual conference of the New Zealand Federated Catholic Clubs, at Tiniaru, at Easter. Several new members wero elected. The election of officers for tho now term resulted:—Patron, the Right Rev. Monsignor Gillan; president, Mr. L. O'Maliey; vice-president, Mr. F. G. J. Temm; lion, secretary, Mr. L. Hodgson; lion, assistant-secretary, Mr. W. Heighten; hon. treasurer, Mr. R. H. Owens; librarian, Mr. F. Foreman; custodian, Mr. D.Sladcj deputy-custodian, Mr. R. Earlly.
