The High Commissioner reports from London on April 6: "Paris reports that in the Bois Bailly, south-east of St. Mihiel, the allies carried three successive lines of trenches. They also obtained a footing in part of the enemy's organisation north-east of Kegnieville, on the road to Thiancourt."
