VON BULOWS LATEST BID FOR PEACE. INTERVENTION OF SWITZERLAND SUGGESTED. (Received April 7, 12 30 a.m.) London, April 6. Report:; from Koine stale that Prince von Billow is understood to have proposed a new solution of the Austro-Italian boundary question. His suggestion is that the territory which Austria might cede to Italy should be occupied by Switzerland during the war. Italy rejected the proposals. The exodus of Austrians and Germans from Italy continues. ■ .
