STEAMSHIP CO.'S DEBTS.
AUSTRALIAN CREDITORS. POWER OF ATTORNEY. Melbourne, March 9. A Government proclamation which has been issued authorises the local managers of the German-Australian Steamship Company to obtain from their principals in Hamburg a power of attorney to enable them to sell their funded stock in order to discharge their indebtedness to their Australian creditors. They are giving the creditors security over the detained. ships belonging to the company.
