Mr. Martin Donohoc, correspondent, of the London Daily Chronicle, reports that the Russians have beaten off the Austro-German attack. The Czernowitz district is free of the enemy, who are retiring. Petrograd reports that in Bukovina Province the Russian detachments are falling back beyond the Pruth.
