CAPTAIN OF THE BLUCHER.
DEATH IN EDINBURGH. GREAT GUNNERY EXPERT. London, February 17. Captain Erdmand, who commanded the Blucher when she was sunk in the Dogger Bank fight, has died in Edinburgh from pneumonia. iTwas one of the greatest gunnery authorities in Germany.
