PRIDE ON NEW ZEALAND.
CAPTAIN HALSEY'S MESSAGE London, February 1. Captain Halsey, of the battleship New Zealand, has telegraphed to the Hon. T. Mackenzie, Xew Zealand High Commissioner, as follows:— "All aboard are proud at having represented the Dominion, and at receiving its appreciation."
