The evidence disclosed that the woman abstracted articles from a counter and gave them to her child, aged nine. Wheal questioned, the child said that it. had committed theft at its mother's request. The mother was. convicted, and ordered to .appear for sentence, when called upon. The child was sent to a receiving home.
