Baron Stephen Burian, who re--;3ntly succeeded Count Berchtold as Austro-H ungariau Foreign Minister, is due in Berlin on Saturday to confer with Herr von Jagow, German Minister for Foreign AffairsThe Austrian Heir-Apparent arrives simultaneously at German headquarters to confer with the Kaiser.
hen Baron Buriau succeeded Count Berchtold he accepted the Kaiser's invitation to visit him at his headquarters. (ierman newspapers noted with pleasure that Baron Burian has submitted at the outset to Germany's direction of Austria's foreign policy.
