Tailoring. WHOLESALE BUYING IN A RETAIL WAY. When a man is in business he buys wholesale. The general public know that by so doing he saves money, and they envy him the privilege. Is not that a fact.. Where a man has the chance to buy m a wholesale way. he does so.
