The Union Steam Ship Company's Pukaki sails for Greymouth at noon to-day. The Kaitangata is duo to arrive from Westport with a, cargo o! coal to-morrow evening or Sunday morning. The Inga, which is bringing a cargo of coal from Newcastle, should reach Auckland on Monday. The Whakatane sailed for Wellington early yesterday morning to complete her Homeward loading. OIL STEAMER PHYSA. Tap British Imperial Oil Company's steamer Physa should reach Auckland this afternoon- She is bringing case oil from Singa- , pore. ATHENIC FROM EGYPT. The White Star steamer Athenic, which was one of the vessels used to transport the New Zealand troops to Egypt, will arrive at Auckland rhis morning from Alexandria. She will go into dock, and then proceed south to load for Home. She will return to i Auckland about February 8. MAHENO'S PASSENGERS. The Maheno, which is due to arrive at Auckland from Sydney on Sunday, is bringing 61 saloon and 33 steerage passengers. NIAGARA LEAVES SYDNEY. The Union Steam Ship Company's Niagara left Sydney at 6 p.m. yesterday for Auckland. She will arrive here on Monday, and sans for Vancouver at noon on Tuesday. THE MAKO. The Mako. recently built on the Clyde by Bow, McLachlan, Ltd-, for Messrs. Richardson and Company, reached Auckland, on her • maiden voyage „ yesterday morning, _ and berthed at the Queen's Wharf. She is of 505 tons register, and was completed early in October. She left for New Zealand on October 17 with as much coal as could be stowed on board. This lasted till she reached Cape-
55"' where her bunkers were replenished, She then sailed for Edithburg, South Australia, and loaded gypsum and salt for New /ieaJsnd.
