THE DRAW

The Auckland championship tournament will open on the Eden and Epsom Club lawns to-morrow. The ladies' events will

commence punctually at 10 a.m., ar.d competitors must be prepared to start at that. hour. The men's doubles will commence a.-* soon after mid-day as possible, but competitors are requested to play their matches in the morning if possible. The draw is as follows: —

Owing to a number of players having been away from Auckland it has been decided to extend the closing date of the first and second rounds of all the handicap matches in the . club's tournament until '10-morrow

week. Members are, however, requested to play their matches before that day if possible. The remaining rounds will probably be played off after the inter-club matches are over.
