SUCCESSFUL MOVEMENT.
"Wellington. January -20.
The Prime Minister has received the following cable from the High Commissioner's office. London, dated January 20: —Petrograd reports state that a further movement on the Lower Vistula continues successfully. Important encounters occurred at Konopienice and Vezhuni. A German battery attempting to shell the Russians was silenced.
