NO REASON ASSIGNED FOR THE MEASURE. BRITISH ATTACK BELIEVED TO BE FEARED. (Received January 15, 1 a.m.} Copenhagen, January 14. Hamburg, Lubeck, and Cuxhaven have been declared to be in a state of siege. No reason is assigned for the declaration, but it is supposed to be a precautionary measure against the possibility of a Biritsb. attack.
