One ; basket 'brought' in by one-fisherman, contained 16 Rainbow trout, from s|lb to 111b in weight, m. the pink of condition, and it created considerable envy on the part of less fortunate sports.; Roicrua is a little lake some miles beyond Rotoiti. : .-j The presence of trout in it is^r.o' : neyp-' thing, but the water has not been accessible till lately. There is now qn; accommodation house oil the shores and a boat on the lake. There other lakes Vin; the district, the Government officials say, ' where equally fine fishing can be obtained, '." but they have not so far been used on ac- , count of the difficulty of getting to them. >; Fishing on.
