HOWITZER BATTERIES.
WILL PAY ALL EXPENSES.
(Received November 19, 1.30 a.m.) Ottawa, November 18. Lieutenant-Colonel Petrie, of Ontario, has offered the Imperial Government a howitzer brigade of three batteries and 536 officers and men. He offers to defray all expenses.
