GERMANS USE AEROPLANE.

Capetown, November 17.

Commandant Fouche, whom the rebels treacherously captured, was ordered to be shot, but when lying under sentence of death attacked his guards, felled two, shot the other two, and escaped. A German aeroplane was seen reconnoitring Luderitz Bay yesterday. Attempts to bring it down failed.
