The Judicial Committee of the House of Lords has postponed the ring of the appeal of the Gold Ore Treatment Company, West Australia, versus the Golden Horseshoe Company, for a fortnight. The point raised was that Goopncr and Witter, the registered legal owners "f certain patents, were alien enemies.
