" 59 (l) Every appraiser, by whom an appraisement or valuation is made, shall, within fourteen.days after the making thereof, write out the same in words and figures, showing the full amount thereof, on duly stamped material, and if he neglects or omits so to do, or in any other manner delivers out or states the amount of any such appraisement or valuation, ho shall be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty pound*. WILLIAMS, of Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Dominion of New Zealand, Married Woman, claiming to have been lawfully married to you, has filed her petition against you in our said Court, at Auckland, praying for a dissolution of her marriage with you, wherein she alleges that you have been guilty of desertion. And whereas, by an Order of this Honourable Court, dated the 23rd October, 1914, leave was granted to the petitioner to proceed without personal service, and it was decreed that an abstract of the Citation approved by the Registrar of this Honourable Court be advertised as follows: Three insertions in. the newspaper published at Dargaville, three insertions in The New Zealand Herald, three insertions in the Auckland Star, and three insertions in the Auckland Truth, the advertisements to bo inserted at intervals of one week. Now take notice, that unless within twentyeight days after the last publication hereof, you do file in our said Court, at Auckland, an answer to the said Petition, the said Court will at the firßt Civil Sittings of the Court held at the Supreme Courthouse. Auckland, after the expiration of the said twenty-eight days, proceed to hear th» said charge prayed, and to pronounce sentence therein, notwithstanding your absence.
