GENERAL BOTHA'S VICTORY OVER DE WET CONFIRMED.

ANOTHER REBEL LAAGER CAPTURED. LOYALISTS' SUCCESS IN CENTRAL ORANGIA. London, November 15. The defeat of the rebels under De Wet by General Botha is confirmed. Official advices from Capetown state that ColoDel Badenhorst, on Thursday at Ura, Frankfort, between Heilbron and Vreda, in Northeastern Orangia, captured Van Coller's rebel laager with 47 prisoners and 56 horses. Two rebels were killed and three wounded.
