HIS EXPERIENCE
Writing from Bamawm, Vic, Mr. William John Youill, late of Harveytown, Eaglenawk, Vic, says :— In regard to the statement 1 gave you some years ago I as to my cure of kidney complaint, I may : say that a short time since 1 had occasion to be medically examined', and was entirely free lrorn my complaint." Mr. louill's original statement was as follows : —'* J feel it a duty i owe to you and to suffering humanity to send you this letter in the earnest hope that others who may De suffering as i was from that dread complaint, Wright's disease ot the kidneys, may take courage and learn from my experience to adopt the same method of treatment that 1 did, feeling sure that by so doing they will be saved much pain and misery, and, perhaps, an early grave, inis n.ay seem to some a remarkable statement to make, but it can bo substantiated by anyone who will take the trouble to inquire for themselves from me or of my inends who with me at the time. .Despite all the skiM and attention be.stowed on me by the hospital doctors and nurses, I gradually grew worse, tht doctors having diagnosed my complaint as might's disease. 'I he doctors gave me up as incurable, and gave me but a few weeks longer to live. I was then taken from the hospital to my home to dio (as my lriends thought) as my father did not wish me to die in the hospital. But I had a feeling within myself that there was hope whilst there was life, and, unlike my mends, 1 aid not give up in despair. On the way home my father procured a bottle ot Warner's Safe (Jure, but on arrival I was in a 6tate of collapse from the shaking i nad undergone on the way. My father, thinking that the Safe Cure would do me no harm if it did me no good, gave me a small dose, continuing to do so at intervals throughout the day. I felt a little Detter, the agonising . pain being less severe. I continued to lake Warner's &afe Cure and was soon able to get a. little rest and sleep, and my strength very gradually returned. My friends began to have hopes of my ultimate recovery. Each day my urine, when analysed, 6tioweu less albumen. My health steadily improved, jvach bottle of Warner's Safe uire x took hastened my recovery. I was then able to get up and about, and in less than three months was restored to perfect health and strength. From that time up to the present 1 have had no return of the disease, and for six years have been in constant employment on the mines."
