County Council to Raise a Special Loan under " The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913." The proposal 8 more particularly as follows: — (a) The particr'ar purpose for which the loan is rec.uirod is the hard metalling i of certain roads in the Mamakn Special Rating Area, particulars whereof are open for inspection at the office of the Rntoiua County Council. lb! The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £2000, at a rate of j interest of £i 10s per centum per annum, with a sinking fund of £1 2s 2d per centum additional, and having a currency of 36J years.
