[BY TELEGRAPH. —press ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. The Appeal Court to-day made an orderabsolute, striking Robert, Taylor Wood,of Auckland, off the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court, and ordered him to pay £15 15s costs to the New Zealand Law Society.
