North American Indians marched to Saskatoon, on the Saskatchewan River, fully armed and in their war paint, and wanted to go to the front. When assured that it was impossible, they gave a thousand dollars to the war fund and went to the nearest German settlement intending to wipe, it out. Mounted police had to intercept them.
