At 'he annua! meeting of the Oia'nuhu Sailing Chili Air. John Muir presided o-.er a large attendrnte of member-;. The report stated that the rub had a. membership of 60 and that 12 of it? members had left in the expeditionary force. During the season 12 yacht races were held. Trophies were presented by the Right Hon. W. F. Masscv, Hon. V. W. Lang, and Messrs. J. Mclndoe. Rev. H. Mason. D. Sutherland. Geo. Jackson. John Brady The balance-sheet showed the .lib to bo in a food financial position, it having the clubhouse free of debt and n. credit balance of £16 9s Od. The report and balance-shfet were adopted. Kevcy. jurj. PANAMA REGATTA. At the urgent request of a. number of yacht clubs, both at home and abroad, the management of the Panaraa-Pscific international Exposition has decided to postpone the International Yacht Regatta from April 1915. to August-September. Mil;. The following races will be arranged for during the regatta, which will be tield between August 14 and September 5. both dates inclusive:— hour races under international rules 12. 10, « and 6-metre; four races under universal rules, classes " *".'' "I' "■ " Q - " and '■ it;" one race Sonderklasse■ one race sehocner yachts; and such other races as may be decided upon later. , President Wilson lias offered a cup for tne winner of tho 12-rnetre race under inter national rules: His Majesty King George V. of England has offered » cup which will be raced for by- yachts of the " X" class under wVl'lf/' SaI TT Ul 7^ and B 'l Maiesty Emperor \\ llheim II of Germany has offered a cup for he Sonderklasse race These cups will bo handsome and valuable trophies. Valuable cups and other trophies will be offered bv tlie Exposition as prizes for the winners of all oluer races.
