A BABY REGIMENT.

PARADES IN COURT. Ik the City Juvenile Court, Guildhall, it was stated in reference to some little ragamuffins brought up for wandering, that they were parading the streets sinking military airs, to the accompaniment of old tin cans beaten with sticks.
