A BABY REGIMENT.
PARADES IN COURT. Ik the City Juvenile Court, Guildhall, it was stated in reference to some little ragamuffins brought up for wandering, that they were parading the streets sinking military airs, to the accompaniment of old tin cans beaten with sticks. They were under the command of a young urchin who was shoelcs6 and stockingless, and whose chief article of apparel was an old military tunic.
Mr. Richard, the clerk, explained that this juvenile regiment apparently mobilised some time before war was declared. The youngsters had been at the Remand Home for a week. Sir George Woodman allowed them to go home with their parents,
