At a meeting representative cf the different Parliamentary parties in Italy, a resolution was passed approving of the Government's attitude, on condition that neutrality adequately safeguards Italian interests. The authorities have arrested several hundred volunteers seeking to enter France to join Giuseppe Garibaldi's force of 5000, which recently left for an unknown destination.
