LETTERS FROM HAMBURG.

London, September 18.

A German named ReiHe, who was arrested in the central lobby of the House of Commons, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, and ordered to be deported at the end of that term. Reihle was formerly branch secretary of the National Sailors' and Firemen's Union. He possessed a knowledge of the inner workings of the principal seaports and dockyards. Many letters from Hamburg were found in the prisoner's lodgings..
